Here are some helpful tips to follow when choosing your flowers and selecting the right florist.

Visit the florists location & pay close attention to the freshness & quality of flowers
You can learn a lot about the ability of the designer from the in store displays
Is the store appealing? Does the look of the store give you confidence in their ability?
Does the designer listen and understand your concept & preferences
One of your first questions should be the does florist have your date available
Will your flowers be made fresh for your wedding? How many weddings will they do on your day?
Are you talking with the actual designer that will be selecting and arranging your flowers?
Can you stop in the store anytime or call with questions?
Is the florist able to answer your questions as well as give you additional ideas?

Prepare for Your Consultation

Bring ideas you have from magazines or books as well fabric and colour samples if possible
Have a budget in place for your florals so the designer can provide suggestions within your limits
Bring a list of any questions you may have
Come to your consultation prepared to answer the following questions
What colour theme have you chosen for your wedding?
